Aptitude Test : For every technical position, we conduct 1st round as 'Aptitude Test'. Candidates must qualify this level to go forward to the next level.
Personal Interview : This round of interview will be conducted by the HR department. The candidate will be judged on following criterions give:

Technical Test : This round will be held for candidates who have qualified the Personal Interview. The technical test will consist of both Subjective & Objective questions related to respective field. For software programmers and web-designers online technical test will be conducted.
Technical Interview : This round will be held for candidates who have qualified the Technical Test. In this round, Technical interview will be conducted by Technical experts. Candidates will be judged based on their technical knowledge, logical & analytical ability which is a pre obligation for the post.
Final Interview : The Final interview will be conducted by the senior executives. Here candidates will be judged on their overall presentation and knowledge. Selected candidates will be given the offer for employment.
